Current management efforts now include the development of energy efficiency in large commercial buildings using technology utilizing proprietary Internet-based sensor and monitoring technology. These business initiatives are currently occurring in Mexico and the Philippines.

Important telepresence and HD videoconferencing opportunities in the Philippines are also being pursued.

Management expects to raise private placement financing to develop both businesses and to continue its listing on the TSX Venture Tier 2 or on NEX, both TMX Group stock exchanges.
