A Message to the Shareholders from the President and CEO

CinemaWorks is better positioned to take advantage of significant business development opportunities than ever before in its history. As a team, we have two basic guiding principles that enable us to take advantage of these opportunities: focus and drive.

Focus. Wireless and fiber broadband networks are at the core of CinemaWorks’ present and future business. We believe there will continue to be an insatiable need and desire for content and services over advanced broadband Internet networks using both wireless and fiber optic technology. To reach its high growth business goals, the Company is seeking collaboration and/or acquisition opportunities. We have learned to focus on what we do best while partnering with or acquiring experts to provide additional services that are ancillary to CinemaWorks’ core competencies. An example of this is our recent acquisition of Expansive Networks, a last mile wireless mesh operator.

Drive. The Company’s management believes and acts with the realization and knowledge that every day offers a chance to exploit opportunities, to improve upon technological solutions and to remedy weaknesses. Whether offering wireless broadband in rural locations or delivering content over urban fiber networks, nothing is truer regarding Internet business development than the old adages: “He who hesitates is lost” and “He who dares, wins.” Based on management’s 15 year experience in providing PPV movies, television, and high-speed Internet services via both wired and wireless networks, the Company is prepared to make wise, yet aggressive choices in its business development initiatives.
CinemaWorks is currently exploring a range of acquisition and business development opportunities. The company hopes to generate revenue growth of more than 100% annually over the next three to five years.
