Open Access  IP NetworkPacketFront Networks , is a world leader in developing, designing, and operating open access Internet networks. Its customers include the largest and most successful municipal and utility fiber networks in the world, as well as property developers, carriers and cable companies.

Fibre Optic Ring Network: Data Fortress Group Ltd. operates a premier collocation data center and data storage facility in downtown Vancouver. The company owns and operates a redundant 3.2-kilometer fiber optic cable ring within the downtown core of Vancouver. This fiber optic ring connects the company's data centre to the Internet backbone at Harbour Centre. In partnership with CinemaWorks, the two companies will light up approximately 60 buildings and featuring PacketFront’s open access network technology and business model. Build out is expected to begin the summer of 2007.

Network Design and BuildoutThe Columbia Mountain Open Network (“CMON”) , is particularly experienced and accomplished in wide area Internet network engineering and design, particularly fibre optic networks.

Fiber to the building (FTTB): Lite Access Technologies (LAT) , has exclusive license to provide low cost ‘blown fiber’ using European technology with proven deployment and success. This provides affordable opportunities to the owners of municipal fiber networks to join and assist CinemaWorks in offering ‘extreme’ bandwidth to all network users.

Wireless (LAN and WAN):WaveTeq Communications was formed in response to a significant need identified by the company founders through previous consulting assignments for providing global connectivity to underserved areas of the world. WaveTeq has completed software development allowing authentication over a PacketFront network.

BPL - In-building Bandwidth Distribution:  On November 3, 2006, The FCC gave a big boost to BPL, classifying the technology as an “information service”. [The declaration placed BPL-enabled access services on equal footing with cable modem and DSL Internet access service.] 3One Systems US Inc., will have commercial BPL modems/bridges rated at 224Mbps by Summer 2007. CinemaWorks is a regional integrator (RSM) for 3One in the US. 3One BPL may the most deployed commercial grade in-building BPL in the world. The company offers a range of products to effectively distribute broadband Internet throughout any building - from a home or small office through to a high-rise complex or multi-building campus.

Devolo AG was founded on 1 May 2002 in Aachen, Germany, and specialises in the development of communications solutions for private consumers and industrial applications. Its product range includes devices for DSL, ISDN and analogue Internet access as well as home-networking solutions using cabled Ethernet, wireless LAN, or existing electrical wiring.
