CinemaWorks Focuses on Interactive Telepresence

July 21, 2008

Cinema Internet Networks Inc. (the “Company”) announces that it will focus its business development efforts on interactive telepresence. This is a direct result of new and exciting opportunities within this emerging market led by Cisco Systems, Polycom, LifeSize Communications, Hewlett Packard and emerging telepresence franchisor, PangeAir Corp. The Company is confident that it will be successful in funding and developing national and international public and private interactive telepresence opportunities, many of which are expected to be located in 4- and 5 star business hotels and resorts.

Bill Massey, President of the Company states: “With oil at $140 a barrel, travel is becoming drastically more expensive. Under current economic conditions, there is a strong desire for companies to cut travel costs, decrease carbon footprints, plus allow its employees to spend more time with their families.”

Telepresence is a great advance over traditional videoconferencing, providing users a true ‘suspension of disbelief’ and convincing them of being in the same room with participants half way round the world. It must literally be seen to be believed.

Massey continues: “CinemaWorks has a remarkable business opportunity before it. The unfolding telepresence industry is almost in a perfect storm in terms of opportunities that are stimulating growth. In addition, the apparent economic recession is helping worldwide sales of telepresence, as this is a technology that cuts operational expenses and increases time-utilization of key employees."

Critical to the magnitude of our long-term future success, CinemaWorks is able to install many telepresence suites concurrently by using a global network of allied companies seeking to build an international network of public access telepresence locations. In addition, the Company will look to ‘partner’ with a one-stop-shop international provider of managed bandwidth and network services, thus enabling the company to focus on sales and marketing of public access telepresence, as well as on enterprise class opportunities in the educational and government sectors.
