Cinema Internet Networks Inc. (the “Company”) today announces that shareholders held their annual general meeting. The directors elected were William Massey, Moez Manji, Robert Campbell and Thomas Bower. All resolutions were approved by the shareholders, including special resolutions, which were a name change to “SIMBA Energy Networks Inc.” and a 10:1 consolidation of the Company’s share capital.

Cinema Internet Networks Inc. (the “Company”) today announces, that its 2009 audit (year end July 31, 2009) has been completed and is currently accessible on the Company’s website.

In addition, the Company’s October 31, 2009 unaudited quarterly financial statements are expected be completed shortly and, when completed, will be posted on the Company’s website. Once the October 31, 2009 quarterly financial statements are complete, the Company anticipates submitting an application for lifting of the cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission in December 2009 as a result of the Company’s failure to file its audited financial statements within 120 days of its year end.
